Here are some highlights of what happened
at Greenville Christian School this past week!!

The Second and Fourth grade were visited by Ava Wimberly's grandfather, an expert on Indian artifacts, and he taught them about the Native American culture.

We asked some of the kids what they thought about it:
"The beaver skin was fluffy." Mckenze Brown
"The fox's skin is funny." Owen Weaver
"They bobcats still had their claws." Colby Witt
"The bobcat was so soft I can't even stand it!" Bailey McCasland
"The rocks they used were...cool." Taylor Mahan

Math Olympics was this past Tuesday!
Kids from 5th and 6th grade came to school
to test their mathematics skills.
Here are the students who competed:

The football team made it to the playoffs! Go Eagles! The Eagles will be headed to Abilene to compete in the first round of the playoffs! If you can, come out and support the boys in Abilene @Abilene Christian University Saturday at 2pm!

The annual Coin Drop for the DR mission trip is finished and the results are in!
Here are the winners:
First place was 9th and 2nd grade with a positive 30,991 points earning $1,043.51! They get to go to a skating party with the DR mission team.

Last place was Pre-Kindergarten and Sixth Grade with a negative 27,092 points and $489.34 earned! They also get a pizza party along with a comfy casual day.

The overall total amount for the mission trip is $3,711!!
